Project Manager Turnkey Construction

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and execute turnkey construction projects, ensuring technical and economic objectives are met
• Monitor construction processes and site results to ensure quality and efficiency
• Manage personnel deployment and provide leadership to site teams
• Conduct negotiations with clients and subcontractors
• Manage and enforce the implementation of additional claims and contract variations

Requirements

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable professional qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a similar project management role
• Proficiency in Office 365 and construction accounting/calculation software (ideally RIB iTWO)
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to assert project requirements
• A team-oriented, independent, and responsible working style
