About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform all facets of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for healthcare projects
- Read and apply standard to sophisticated documents such as contracts, leases, and drawings
- Interface with clients to define requirements, prepare scope of work, cost estimates, and work plans
- Track project progress against goals, budgets, and timelines, reporting status and variances
- Implement change management routines to assess and secure approvals for change orders
- Identify complex project risks and lead constructability reviews and mitigation plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of recent construction or project management experience
- Experience with budget, finance, and construction administration
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in healthcare construction (hospitals, ambulatory care centers)
- Experience with data center or infrastructure facilities
