About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform all facets of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for healthcare projects
  • Read and apply standard to sophisticated documents such as contracts, leases, and drawings
  • Interface with clients to define requirements, prepare scope of work, cost estimates, and work plans
  • Track project progress against goals, budgets, and timelines, reporting status and variances
  • Implement change management routines to assess and secure approvals for change orders
  • Identify complex project risks and lead constructability reviews and mitigation plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of recent construction or project management experience
  • Experience with budget, finance, and construction administration
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in healthcare construction (hospitals, ambulatory care centers)
  • Experience with data center or infrastructure facilities
