Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide full project management services and on-site construction oversight to support successful project outcomes.
• Act as a client representative, advising on strategic approaches during the project conception stage.
• Manage contracts, budgets, and the procurement of resources for assigned direct contracts.
• Create and coordinate detailed Project Execution Plans and manage the project risk register.
• Support the design process by reviewing drawings against requirements and assessing constructability.
• Coordinate the RFI and Submittal process in alignment with cost budgets.
• Maintain the project schedule to track critical actions and milestones.
• Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Oversee safety, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), and labor relations programs.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Engineering or Architecture degree.
• Proven track record as a Lead Project Manager with expertise in performance measurement and analysis.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish for conducting meetings, reporting, and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI certification.
• Previous experience in a consulting role.
