Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor project delivery regarding schedule, cost, variations, contract, and risk
• Develop and execute Project Execution Plans aligned with company standards
• Manage tender processes, including issuing, awarding, and evaluating contracts
• Coordinate design consultants and external service providers
• Provide on-site oversight, including inspections, workmanship quality, and safety compliance
• Manage the change control process and project risk register
• Administer RIAI contracts, including compensation events and programme submissions
• Maintain accurate site diaries, construction reports, and dayworks records

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction or Infrastructure sectors
• Strong focus on building-related projects such as residential or educational facilities
• University degree in Project Management or Engineering (Civil or Architectural background preferred)
• Experience with E-Tenders and procurement processes
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management qualification
• Professional membership with RICS, CIOB, APM, or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office, BIM, SharePoint, and Primavera P6

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of RIAI forms of contract
• Experience with JCT or AIA standard forms of contract
• Experience operating in an on-site capacity
