About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects
- Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips
- Monitor progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure design standards are applied
- Forecast and update key project milestones and budget
- Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews
- Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders
- Assist with site walks and review/conformance of ICRA/ILSM Plans
- Perform onsite coordination of contractors, vendors, and end users
- Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
- 2-10 years of market sector experience
- Proficiency in Procore, Smartsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, management, and communication skills
- Effective presentation skills
