Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle management from feasibility study through to project close-out
• Act as the primary contact point for internal functions and external stakeholders
• Lead project teams comprising internal specialists and external consultants
• Identify and mitigate technical, management, and financial risks
• Establish and maintain a zero-tolerance safety policy adhering to EHS standards
• Supervise project quality management systems to ensure technical specification compliance
• Develop and maintain project milestones, execution plans, and critical paths
• Lead development of project procurement strategies and support contract negotiations
• Organize mechanical completion acceptance, handover, and commissioning support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, project management, or construction management
• 15+ years of progressive experience as a project manager in oil & gas, energy, or infrastructure
• Experience in complex, large-scale offshore projects
• Understanding of FPSO, FLNG, or other oil & gas facilities design and construction
• Proficiency in English
