Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of small to medium-sized construction and workplace projects
• Define and achieve project success criteria including time, cost, quality, and performance
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
• Monitor project finances and ensure alignment with budgetary targets
• Manage change control processes and documentation
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders
• Maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems
• Prepare formal project progress reports
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and consultants
• Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience delivering office fit-out or new-build commercial or industrial projects
• Proven experience leading small to mid-scale construction projects
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Fluency in both Chinese and English
