Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive management of a large-scale industrial construction project from concept through handover
• Responsibility for budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk management
• Preparation of project plans including milestones, resources, and control points
• Communication and reporting to the client during all project phases
• Coordination of contractors, management of tenders, and evaluation of bids
• Leadership of the project team and monitoring performance using KPIs
• Change management and implementation of risk mitigation measures
• Advisory support in stakeholder strategy and expectation management

Requirements

• University degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field
• 7+ years of experience in construction project management
• Experience managing industrial hall projects with investment volumes of at least EUR 30 million
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, PlanRadar, Dalux, or similar tools
• Expert level Slovak (C2) and Upper-intermediate English (B2+)
• Valid Category B driving license

• Experience representing the investor’s side
