About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide full project management services and on-site construction oversight
- Advise on strategic project conception and procurement of resources
- Manage contracts, budgets, and detailed Project Execution Plans
- Proactively manage construction risks and HES (Health, Environment, and Safety)
- Support the design process and assess constructability
- Coordinate RFI and Submittal processes
- Maintain project schedules and track critical milestones
- Conduct regular meetings with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Review as-built documents and manage project closeout
Requirements
- 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction
- Engineering or Architecture degree
- Proven track record as a Lead Project Manager
- Experience with commercial projects (warehouses, retail, or shopping centers)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
- PMI certification
- Consultant experience
