About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver construction projects from concept to completion
- Manage internal and external project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
- Manage design development, coordination, reviews, and approvals
- Undertake procurement management and review trade tender packages
- Handle contract administration including progress claims, variations, and extensions of time
- Monitor project costs, programmes, and actual performance against budgets
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and quality assurance systems
Requirements
- Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial office, retail, or showroom fit-out projects internationally
- Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
- Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills with fluency in English
