About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver construction projects from concept to completion
  • Manage internal and external project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
  • Manage design development, coordination, reviews, and approvals
  • Undertake procurement management and review trade tender packages
  • Handle contract administration including progress claims, variations, and extensions of time
  • Monitor project costs, programmes, and actual performance against budgets
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and quality assurance systems

Requirements

  • Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial office, retail, or showroom fit-out projects internationally
  • Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
  • Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with fluency in English
