Responsibilities

• Manage project deadlines, costs, budget, and critical milestones
• Conduct meetings and report status to the client throughout all phases
• Monitor construction costs, support engineering decisions, and review measurements and payments
• Act in negotiations, scope changes, disputes, and claims on behalf of the client
• Coordinate consultancies, approve final invoices, and support project closure and transition
• Lead teams, manage resources, and ensure delivery according to client expectations

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering and/or Architecture
• Relevant previous experience in a similar role
• Experience in civil construction
• Fluency in English and Portuguese

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish language skills
