Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the client representative on-site, leading day-to-day construction oversight
• Manage hotel and hospitality development projects including brand standards and operational requirements
• Provide strategic guidance during project conception, delivery approaches, and risk mitigation
• Maintain contract and budget ownership for assigned scopes
• Develop and manage the Project Execution Plan (PEP)
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and construction safety (HSE)
• Review design documents for constructability and operational efficiency
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Lead and coordinate RFI and submittal processes
• Coordinate with project teams on closeout activities and handover requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction
• Proven on-site project delivery experience
• Demonstrated experience in hotel or hospitality development projects
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Strong track record as a Lead Project Manager for complex projects
• Experience in a consulting or client-representative role preferred
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI certification (PMP)
• Experience in commercial projects such as mixed-use or large-scale developments
