About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage governance, communication, and management control systems for client services and works
  • Monitor team performance and initiate safety or performance improvement measures
  • Identify project risks and manage mitigations
  • Conduct weekly technical and progress meetings
  • Manage client stage gateway reviews and design stage deliverables
  • Attend sites to review HSSE, logistics, and programme progress
  • Produce formal reports on project progress against KPIs and milestones
  • Manage and administer relevant contracts to protect client interests
  • Manage timely issuance of company invoices and receipts

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or equivalent technical qualification
  • Experience in Health, Education, or other real estate projects
  • Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recognised Project Management Qualification
  • Membership or chartership of a professional industry body (e.g., SCSI, CEI, APM, RIAI)
