About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide full project management services and on-site construction oversight
  • Act as client representative to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Advise on strategic project conception and procurement of resources
  • Manage contracts, budgets, and detailed Project Execution Plans
  • Proactively manage construction risks and HES (Health, Environment, and Safety)
  • Support the design process by reviewing drawings and assessing constructability
  • Coordinate RFI and Submittal processes in alignment with cost budgets
  • Maintain project schedules and track critical milestones
  • Conduct regular meetings with architects, engineers, suppliers, and contractors
  • Review as-built documents and manage project closeout items

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction
  • Engineering or Architecture degree
  • Proficiency in Microstation is required
  • Proven track record as a Lead Project Manager
  • Experience with commercial projects such as warehouses, retail, or shopping centers
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMI certification
  • Previous experience in a consultancy role
