Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide full project management services and on-site construction oversight
• Advise on strategic project conception and procurement of resources
• Manage contracts, budgets, and detailed Project Execution Plans
• Proactively manage construction risks and HES (Health, Environment, and Safety)
• Support the design process and assess constructability
• Coordinate RFI and Submittal processes
• Maintain project schedules and track critical milestones
• Conduct regular meetings with architects, engineers, and contractors
• Review as-built documents and manage project closeout

Requirements

• 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction
• Engineering or Architecture degree
• Proven track record in performance measurement and analysis
• Experience with commercial projects such as warehouses, retail, or shopping centers
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI certification
• Consultant experience
