Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of complex real estate projects to time, cost, and quality targets
• Act as the primary day-to-day interface for clients
• Provide strategic advice during the project conception stage
• Establish project success criteria including technical and performance parameters
• Manage ongoing quality, safety, health, and environmental issues
• Establish project governance, processes, and systems
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans
• Monitor performance using KPIs and manage the change control process
• Oversee project finances and produce formal progress reports

Requirements

• Degree in construction, real estate, or project management
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional membership in RICS, PMI, or CIOB
