About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of complex real estate projects to time, cost, and quality targets
- Act as the primary day-to-day interface for clients
- Provide strategic advice during the project conception stage
- Establish project success criteria including technical and performance parameters
- Manage ongoing quality, safety, health, and environmental issues
- Establish project governance, processes, and systems
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans
- Monitor performance using KPIs and manage the change control process
- Oversee project finances and produce formal progress reports
Requirements
- Degree in construction, real estate, or project management
- Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional membership in RICS, PMI, or CIOB
