  • Assist in preparing project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor progress, performance, and risks
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and ensure accurate invoicing and reporting
  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants throughout the lifecycle
  • Prepare and present regular project updates and reports

  • Degree in a construction or property related discipline
  • Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture
  • Experience delivering CAT B office fit-out projects
