Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables
- Establish and maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor progress, performance, and risks
- Manage project budgets, resources, and ensure accurate invoicing and reporting
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants throughout the lifecycle
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports
Requirements
- Degree in a construction or property related discipline
- Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture
- Experience delivering CAT B office fit-out projects
- Experience managing projects for financial services clients
- Strong project management, planning, and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
