Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables
• Establish and maintain project governance, processes, and systems
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor progress, performance, and risks
• Manage project budgets, resources, and ensure accurate invoicing and reporting
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants throughout the lifecycle
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports
• Lead and facilitate the resolution of problems or conflicts
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and assist in bid proposals
• Apply best practices and lessons learned to improve products and services

Requirements

• Degree in a construction or property related discipline
• Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture
• Experience delivering CAT B office fit-out projects, preferably in consultancy
• Experience managing projects exceeding 60,000 sqft
• Strong project management, planning, budgeting, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure
