Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple HVAC and infrastructure projects from planning through execution and handover
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, risks, and documentation
• Review and validate proposals, cost estimates, scopes, and contractor performance
• Manage change orders, negotiations, claims, and contract administration
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and sustainability requirements
• Prepare project reports and governance materials
• Facilitate client and stakeholder meetings in German and English
• Support the transition of completed facilities into operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
• 3+ years of project management experience in construction, industrial, or technical environments
• Good understanding of HVAC systems and infrastructure-related technical topics
• Familiarity with Swiss construction standards (e.g., SIA)
• Proficiency in English and German
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in pharma or biotech environments
• Experience leading teams or managing commissions
• Experience supporting business development
