About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects
- Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips
- Monitor progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure design standards are applied
- Forecast and update key project milestones and budget
- Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews
- Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders
- Review and manage submittal and RFI logs
- Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance
- Manage onsite day-to-day project activities and specialty suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
- Experience in occupier services, professional services, or office/tenant fit-out
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, P6, Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, management, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage projects with dollar values up to $30M
Preferred Qualifications
- LEED certification
- PMP certification
