About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide full project management services and on-site construction oversight for retail projects including new builds and remodels
  • Advise on site feasibility, phasing strategies, and procurement of resources like general contractors and specialty trades
  • Manage contracts, budgets, and detailed Project Execution Plans (PEP)
  • Proactively manage construction risks, schedules, and HES requirements
  • Support the design process by reviewing drawings against brand standards and assessing constructability
  • Coordinate RFI and submittal processes to ensure alignment with retail specifications
  • Lead stakeholder meetings including architects, engineers, and landlords
  • Oversee project closeout, including as-built documents and turnover packages

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction (retail, commercial interiors, or tenant improvements)
  • Engineering or Architecture degree
  • Proven track record delivering multi-site retail projects or store rollout programs
  • Experience with commercial projects such as shopping centers or mixed-use developments
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMI certification
  • Consultant experience
