About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking
- Establish effective processes and systems to be utilized throughout the project
- Produce project plans and manage teams where applicable
- Monitor and document project progress and other performance indicators
- Track and document changes
- Prepare written project communication materials and formal progress reports
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and designers
- Attend meetings and draft minutes
Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager working with a leading consultancy on large sites in London
- Experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- Proven track record of delivering whole projects or large elements of projects
- Experience working on projects valued at £20m+
- Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture
