Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management Commissions and take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
• Ensure client objectives are met regarding time, cost, and quality standards
• Establish project governance, processes, and detailed project plans
• Manage change control processes and monitor project finances
• Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client
• Prepare formal project progress reports and manage knowledge transfer to internal databases
• Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages

Requirements

• 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably in Data Centres or technical environments
• Thorough understanding of the total project life cycle
• Experience leading cross-functional teams for medium to high complexity construction projects
• Technical understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure (HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security, BMS)
• Professional or tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, or construction
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Primavera skills are highly regarded
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong report and bid writing skills
