Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project coordination
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders
• Drive site development and facility construction activities
• Monitor regulatory and compliance adherence
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans
• Provide risk and issue management support
• Manage vendor and contract administration
• Provide project reporting and governance updates

Requirements

• Degree in Civil engineering, MEP engineering, architecture, construction management or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in project management
• Experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, Production Facility, Warehouse, or Industrial Real Estate sectors
• Strong foundational project management skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player
