Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets
• Manage substation projects (mid-voltage)
• Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants
• Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip
• Run and lead client and other required meetings
• Identify and monitor factors influencing construction costs
• Support engineering decisions relating to project cost and budget during design-build changes
• Review requests for payment
• Record occurrences that might result in a claim on the client's behalf
• Manage project information flow through regular meetings and written communications

Requirements

• Construction related academic degree (e.g., construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture)
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in construction
• Data Centre construction experience preferred
• Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations
• Strong professional communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in English and minimum B2 level German
• Ability to work from construction site 3-5 days per week
