About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Project Management Commissions and take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery for large or complex projects
- Act as the primary day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives, time, cost, and quality standards are met
- Provide strategic advice during project conception stages
- Establish project success criteria, governance, processes, and systems
- Manage project planning, procurement of resources, and cross-functional teams
- Monitor performance using KPIs and manage the change control process
- Oversee project finances and manage the flow of information between teams and clients
- Produce formal project progress reports
Requirements
- 4 to 10 years of experience in real estate projects, ideally within the hospitality sector
- Proven track record of delivering project management services across the full project lifecycle
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field
