Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management Commissions and take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery for large or complex projects
• Act as the primary day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives, time, cost, and quality standards are met
• Provide strategic advice during project conception stages
• Establish project success criteria, governance, processes, and systems
• Manage project planning, procurement of resources, and cross-functional teams
• Monitor performance using KPIs and manage the change control process
• Oversee project finances and manage the flow of information between teams and clients
• Produce formal project progress reports

Requirements

• 4 to 10 years of experience in real estate projects, ideally within the hospitality sector
• Proven track record of delivering project management services across the full project lifecycle
• Fluency in both Italian and English
• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field
