Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead construction, fit-out, refurbishment, and workplace projects up to €2M
• Manage projects from initiation through design, procurement, construction, and handover
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
• Maintain the client's project portfolio tracker, including milestones, risks, and budgets
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and Facility Management teams
• Lead procurement activities including tendering, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations
• Monitor project financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Oversee project delivery to ensure compliance with technical specifications and HSEQ requirements
• Manage project close-out activities including snagging and commissioning follow-up

Requirements

• Degree in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering construction and fit-out projects
• Proven experience in an on-site, hands-on Project Management capacity
• Experience managing construction execution and coordinating multiple subcontractors
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site operations, and health & safety
• Fluent in both French and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional accreditation such as RICS or APM
• Experience in commercial fit-out, workplace, industrial, logistics, or data centre projects
