Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate minor refurbishment works, interior alterations, and technical fit-out projects.
• Manage scope, programme, budget, and quality standards for smallworks assignments.
• Manage end-to-end MAC projects including corporate relocations, workplace reconfigurations, and decommissioning.
• Serve as the primary client-facing contact throughout the full project cycle.
• Prepare quotations, scopes of work, and contract variations.
• Manage FF&E inventories and apply Circular Economy policies for sustainable disposal.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, facilities managers, and supply chain partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing fit-out, strip-out, and small works projects.
• Solid knowledge of the Move (Porterage) and furniture supply chains.
• Strong understanding of Sustainability and the Circular Economy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience implementing MAC Framework Agreements and managing contract risks.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
• HBO or WO level degree in Project Management, Construction, Real Estate, or Facility Management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional project management certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
• Experience with AutoCAD 2020 and above.
• Experience in space planning and managing corporate moves.
