About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of small to medium-sized construction and workplace projects
- Define and achieve project success criteria including time, cost, quality, and performance
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
- Monitor project finances and ensure alignment with budgetary targets
- Manage change control processes and documentation
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
- Maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems
- Prepare formal project progress reports
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and consultants
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of MEP and CSA works
- Proven track record managing projects from construction through commissioning and handover
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, Semiconductor/Fab Projects, or Hospitals
- Familiarity with mission-critical systems and data center standards
