Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of small to medium-sized construction and workplace projects
• Define and achieve project success criteria including time, cost, quality, and performance
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
• Monitor project finances and ensure alignment with budgetary targets
• Manage change control processes and documentation
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
• Maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems
• Prepare formal project progress reports
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and consultants

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 10+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong knowledge of MEP and CSA works
• Proven track record managing projects from construction through commissioning and handover
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, Semiconductor/Fab Projects, or Hospitals
• Familiarity with mission-critical systems and data center standards
