Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of assigned projects including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and project recommendations
• Coordinate and manage architects, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Support procurement activities, consultant engagement, and contract administration
• Manage project execution and construction phases to ensure delivery against objectives
• Monitor project progress and implement mitigation strategies for risks and issues
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, quality, and governance requirements
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports
• Support project handover, close-out, and post-occupancy activities

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated project management experience in office relocation, workplace transformation, fit-out, or renovation
• Practical experience in construction or interior fit-out
• Native-level Japanese language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications in construction, architecture, engineering, or project management
• Business-level English proficiency for multinational environments
• Experience working in global organizations or managing international stakeholders
