About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain members
- Analyze and track critical milestone activities to avoid schedule delays
- Support project governance, processes, and systems implementation
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design standards
- Coordinate with suppliers and consultants through regular reporting and meetings
- Assist in cost control, value engineering, and constructability reviews
- Review project documentation including drawings, timelines, and cost estimates
- Support business development and client relationship management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in construction project management or consulting
- Experience working in the California Bay Area
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Procore
- Strong organizational and team collaboration skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial tenant improvement or healthcare construction projects
- Membership in relevant professional organizations
