About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
- Develop working relationships and drive projects to successful completion
- Manage the design process to achieve client requirements and manage expectations
- Review project plans, specifications, scheduling, and cost saving measures
- Manage project safety, environmental requirements, timelines, risks, and reporting
- Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track
- Chair project and site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors
Requirements
- Recognised Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Cost Management
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally client-side or consulting
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Primavera skills highly regarded
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop a team
- Excellent written and spoken English with report and bid writing skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
