Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
• Develop working relationships and drive projects to successful completion
• Manage the design process to achieve client requirements and manage expectations
• Review project plans, specifications, scheduling, and cost saving measures
• Manage project safety, environmental requirements, timelines, risks, and reporting
• Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track
• Chair project and site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors

Requirements

• Recognised Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Cost Management
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally client-side or consulting
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Primavera skills highly regarded
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop a team
• Excellent written and spoken English with report and bid writing skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
