Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the delivery of projects from concept through to completion
• Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants and project teams
• Manage project scope, programme, budget and resources
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and support effective collaboration
• Monitor project performance across time, cost and quality
• Manage risks, issues and change control processes
• Support procurement activities and manage supplier and contractor interfaces
• Maintain clear governance, reporting and communication with stakeholders
• Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting and invoicing
• Contribute to client relationships, business development and process improvement

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate or related discipline
• Strong experience in Project Management within the real estate sector
• Experience in construction or real estate project management
• Understanding of project planning, delivery and governance
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proactive and collaborative approach
• Fluent in Swedish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Recognised Project Management Qualification
• Experience with MS Project
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
