Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver infrastructure projects across varied scopes and disciplines, meeting all success criteria
• Define project scope and assist with business case preparation and funding approvals
• Coordinate with stakeholders to capture inputs, restrictions, approvals, and requirements
• Manage procurement processes, including tender preparation, bid analysis, and contract awards
• Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with terms and managing payments and changes
• Control site activities to ensure safe and compliant delivery in collaboration with safety advisors
• Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize operational disruption
• Maintain high quality assurance standards across both design and construction phases

Requirements

• Proven track record in delivering construction projects, specifically within the aviation sector
• Strong knowledge of Australian building and aviation standards
• Extensive experience in contractor management and contract administration
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently across all lifecycle stages
• Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft 365 Apps
• Eligibility for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
