Project Manager - Transformational Youth Hub

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, coordination, and administrative management of the Transformational Youth Hub.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, work plans, and implementation tracking systems.
• Prepare and track quarterly logs, expenditure reports, and monitor budget expenditures.
• Coordinate advisory board meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and documentation.
• Assist with regional needs assessments, professional development logistics, and partner communication.
• Support implementation of evaluation procedures and compile participation data and outcome metrics.
• Develop standardized procedures and operational workflows to ensure compliance with NYS Department of Justice and NYSED priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in project management, grant administration, or program coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational, systems-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with implementation science and systems change principles.
• Experience supporting professional development or community-based initiatives.
• Experience working with schools or justice-involved youth.
