Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate special cross-functional collaboration projects and drive projects involving multiple business units and external partners
• Own project timelines, stakeholder alignment, risk tracking, and delivery
• Translate strategic intent into actionable workstreams with clear owners and milestones
• Run and improve weekly cross-functional alignment sessions, including agenda, facilitation, and documentation
• Build and maintain program management infrastructure such as project tracking systems, SOPs, and decision logs
• Design and document cross-functional workflows to improve collaboration efficiency
• Consolidate operational data to surface insights for leadership decision-making
• Prepare briefing materials, status reports, and strategic documents for cross-team alignment
• Track and analyze the execution health of China programs to flag risks and propose solutions

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in program management, project management, strategy consulting, or business operations
• Experience in gaming, tech, entertainment, or creative industries preferred
• Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects with competing priorities
• Strong systems thinking and ability to build frameworks
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level interaction
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, ground-up environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in cross-cultural environments (e.g., US-China)
• Familiarity with corporate governance or compliance workflows
• Proficiency with project management tools like Feishu/Lark, Notion, or Asana
• Background in gaming or interactive entertainment
• Experience supporting C-level or VP-level leadership
