About the role

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage projects in the field of Technical Building Equipment (TGA), including HVAC (HLSK) or electrical engineering.
  • Coordinate and control all construction activities related to technical building services.
  • Identify defects and develop/implement appropriate corrective measures.
  • Manage interfaces between technical building services and structural engineering trades.
  • Create, manage, and monitor project schedules to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, cost, and deadline targets.
  • Take responsibility for cost management and the review/control of additional works (Nachträge).
  • Perform quality control and assurance measures.
  • Coordinate closely with clients, specialist planners, executing companies, and interdisciplinary project teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in supply, building, or electrical engineering, or completed technical training with a Master or Technician qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in construction management, project management, or project control within the TGA sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of building technology and relevant legal/technical regulations, specifically HOAI, VOB, and LBO.
  • Proficiency in generally recognized rules of technology, standards, and guidelines.
  • Willingness to undertake regular business travel and site visits within the project area.
  • Strong analytical thinking, a structured and independent way of working, and high levels of commitment and flexibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and a professional demeanor toward clients and stakeholders.
