About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain job files for each project throughout its duration
  • Optimize projects through product selection, specifications, plans, estimates, and ordering
  • Manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis
  • Communicate with owners, architects, MEP Consultants, and contractors
  • Organize project related data for order entry
  • Respond to and track IOM and Submittal requests
  • Read and interpret building plans and specifications
  • Develop and grow relationships with customers, contractors, and manufacturers
  • Investigate concerns and implement corrective actions to maximize customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in HVAC Air Distribution, estimating, engineering, or construction management
  • Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage high volume projects
  • Ability to work in an office environment and frequently in the field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of MEP consulting, architecture, design, or CAD
  • Experience with Bluebeam
