About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle for MES, MOM, and DDS projects, including initiation, planning, execution, and final acceptance.
  • Formulate project plans, milestone schedules, and phase deliverables to ensure objectives are met on track.
  • Control project scope and manage client requirement changes through formal impact analysis and decision confirmation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including clients, developers, automation/IT staff, and external equipment vendors.
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks related to schedule, quality, system integration, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate regular client communication, including progress reporting, phase reviews, and decision-making discussions.
  • Drive go-live preparations, trial operations, and the completion of formal project acceptance documentation.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of project management experience specifically within manufacturing digitalization, MES, MOM, or smart factory environments.
  • Proven track record of leading at least two major manufacturing digitalization or industrial software integration projects.
  • Deep understanding of the full project flow, from requirement gathering and design to testing and deployment.
  • Strong proficiency in project planning, scope control, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills, with the ability to produce professional project plans and phase presentations.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing business scenarios such as production, quality management, warehousing, or traceability.
