Project Manager - Testing and Commissioning (Data Center)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire Testing and Commissioning (T&C) program up to Level 3
• Monitor and ensure GC deliverables towards T&C standards and requirements
• Verify and accept Test scripts and T&C records from the General Contractor
• Coordinate between GC and other agencies for issue resolution during Level 4 and Level 5
• Develop a detailed Commissioning Equipment list in coordination with the GC
• Analyze equipment drawings to ensure compliance with client commissioning standards
• Review detailed commissioning schedules submitted by the GC
• Oversee the Factory Witness Testing (FWT) process and coordinate required representatives
• Compile and review commissioning integration plans for approval
• Maintain an issue log during the commissioning phase and ensure timely closure

Requirements

• Testing and commissioning experience with large scale or mission critical projects
• Experience in mission critical environments preferred
• Understanding of construction program delivery best practices
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing
• Ability to produce detailed concept level schedules and identify dependencies
• Knowledge of system start-up sequences
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
