Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple residential solar projects from initiation through completion
• Track project schedules and proactively identify delays
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers to provide timely updates
• Partner with Engineering, Field Service, Customer Service, and subcontractors
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, permits, and customer records
• Coordinate permit submissions, HOA approvals, and inspections
• Monitor project progress and escalate potential risks
• Prepare project status reports and maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards
• Contribute to continuous process improvements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, construction, or solar
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience coordinating with internal teams, vendors, or subcontractors
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience using CRM or project management platforms
• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential solar, construction, or renewable energy industries
• Familiarity with permitting, HOA approvals, or utility coordination
• Experience with tools like Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, Salesforce, or Procore
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or Engineering
