Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure of technical security engineering projects.
• Perform technical and contractual analysis to identify project needs and manage risks and opportunities.
• Supervise budgets and control costs to ensure optimization and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate procurement, technological provisioning, and vendor management.
• Direct and monitor integration, testing, and validation of technical solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, technicians, and cybersecurity/network profiles.
• Maintain fluid communication with clients, public bodies, and regulatory entities.
• Manage project documentation, including technical deliverables, progress reports, and certifications.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical regulations, and environmental management protocols.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, or IT preferred).
• Mandatory experience working with drones within the security industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar project management roles.
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI or Agile.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Primavera.
• High level of English proficiency (B2/C1).
• Valid driving license and availability to travel nationally and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar professional certifications.
• Knowledge of network cybersecurity or emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with UAV regulations and handling.
• Experience with electronic security systems or CAD at a user level.
• Knowledge of 5G architectures, private networks, and edge computing.
