Project Manager - Technical Services

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of overall success criteria including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters
• Plan and manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues on projects
• Identify and manage project risks
• Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems
• Develop detailed project plans and manage the change control process
• Advise upon the procurement of contractors and consultants
• Coordinate with cross-functional project teams and manage information flow between team and client
• Monitor and advise upon project finances
• Manage full cycle delivery of technical building services projects such as HVAC, Electrification, Chillers, and Electrical/Mechanical systems
• Perform strong stakeholder management and client interfacing

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering field or project management
• Or relevant industry experience in building services and construction (e.g., Electrical, HVAC, Security, BMS, Fire, Hydraulic)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
• Ability to deliver projects autonomously with senior support
