Project Manager - Technical Services

Responsibilities

• Support and lead the delivery of technical building services projects, with a strong emphasis on electrical and controls systems
• Manage the design and delivery of MEP projects in live, operational environments
• Develop and grow technical services offerings across client portfolios and internal teams
• Plan and oversee works with a focus on safety, quality, and performance outcomes
• Manage project information flow through regular meetings and formal progress reports
• Establish and manage project governance, reporting, and change control processes
• Interface with clients, consultants, and contractors across all project stages
• Support procurement activities and tender evaluations
• Contribute to internal processes, financial management, and quality assurance

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in building or technical services
• Background in design consultancy or MEP services delivery contracting
• Strong technical capability and deep understanding of building systems
• Proven experience managing projects in live, operational environments
• Demonstrated experience in risk identification and management for construction programs and mission critical systems
• Tertiary qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred
• Experience in a client-facing role is ideal
