Project Manager Technical Project Mgmt. (IT) Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver regional Oracle EBS Service enhancements and process improvements aligned with the global target operating model.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, standardized solutions to promote global process convergence.
• Provide expert-level functional support to ERP Second-Level Support teams for complex service-related issues and root-cause investigations.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize enhancement opportunities across Oracle Service modules to define future product roadmaps.
• Lead regional service projects, ensuring successful execution, governance compliance, testing, and deployment.
• Support integration initiatives across Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, and Finance functions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of Oracle EBS Service functional experience.
• Deep expertise in Service Contracts (OKS), Installed Base (CSI), Field Service, Depot Repair, and Spares Management.
• Proven experience working within global or multi-regional Oracle EBS environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end aftermarket service processes, including warranty management and repair operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead process convergence, standardization, and transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle TeleService and iSupport modules.
• Knowledge of complex integrations between Service, Supply Chain, and Financial modules.
• Experience in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within an ERP landscape.
