Project Manager Technical Project Mgmt. (IT) Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver regional Oracle EBS Finance enhancements and process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, standardized solutions aligned with the global target operating model.
• Align regional solutions with global Finance strategies and governance standards to achieve process convergence.
• Provide expert-level support to ERP Second-Level Support teams for complex finance issues and period-close resolution.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize enhancement opportunities across Finance modules to support the product roadmap.
• Oversee regional finance projects from design through deployment, ensuring adherence to compliance and governance standards.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of Oracle EBS Finance functional experience.
• Deep expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), E-Business Tax (EBTax), and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
• Experience working within multi-regional or global Oracle EBS environments.
• Proven track record in process standardization and convergence initiatives.
• Strong understanding of integration touchpoints including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
• Knowledge of financial controls, statutory compliance, and tax localization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Intercompany Accounting.
• Experience with Cost Management.
