Project Manager, Tech Transfers, External Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of technology transfers (TT), site switches, and major lifecycle projects at Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs/CDMOs).
• Ensure flawless planning and execution of scale-ups, validation, and transfers.
• Create comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, cost, resources, and risk management.
• Manage project budgets and ensure all deliverables align with Teva’s compliance and operational standards.
• Facilitate seamless integration across R&D, MS&T, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and the CMO network.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pharma operations, external manufacturing, MS&T, or project management.
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects within GMP environments.
• Strong knowledge of technology transfer, validation processes, and regulatory expectations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MS, Engineering, or Regulatory degree.
• Experience working directly with CMOs or CDMOs.
• Experience with OSD, LCO, sterile/aseptic operations, or complex generics.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Lean/Six Sigma, or PgMP certifications.
