Project Manager - Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the local Project Management team, ensuring strong execution capabilities and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, delivery, financial performance, and HSE compliance.
• Drive consistent project portfolio management by applying best practices and standardized processes.
• Monitor project performance, resolve escalations, and ensure proper project closure and documentation.
• Define execution strategies for cross-functional teams, managing risks and coordinating with procurement and suppliers.
• Act as the primary interface for customers and internal stakeholders, leading contract negotiations and change management.
• Support budgeting and capacity planning to identify and bridge execution gaps.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Energy Engineering (a Master’s degree is a plus).
• Solid experience in project or operations management within the energy transmission and distribution sector.
• Proven team leadership skills with experience managing talent in matrixed, multinational environments.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret technical, financial, and commercial data.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in French is considered an advantage.
• Deep knowledge of High Voltage technologies and substation systems.
