Responsibilities
- Define projects with clients to improve energy and environmental performance of buildings
- Manage internal and external teams
- Ensure financial profitability and client satisfaction
- Guarantee quality of services, respect for costs, and deadlines
- Plan team activities and support team skill development
- Conduct occasional client visits
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in project management (TCE)
- Strong technical expertise in project leadership
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Business management skills including production planning and profitability monitoring
