Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including bid submission, production, installation, and closeout
• Manage engineering designs, procurement, vendor negotiations, and material forecasting
• Supervise commissioning activities, including inspections, testing, and final approvals
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, contractors, architects, and suppliers
• Ensure project financial health by maintaining or improving margins
• Lead and develop personnel through performance metrics and training initiatives
• Directly supervise the Project Administrator and coordinate across internal departments
